Tom is a former senior Sales Executive in the Oil Industry and then General Manager at the Petroleum Industry National Training Organisation and its later incarnation as a Sector Skills Council. He possesses high levels of expertise and experience in the fields of Human Resources, Training, Occupational Standards and Qualifications, Negotiation (inc. Industrial Relations) and Sales & Marketing. His passion now is to altruistically serve the community of Chelmsford through Social Enterprise.

Profile.  Paul has pioneered, consulted and lead various voluntary sector initiatives and also faith based organisations for over 15 years in the UK and abroad. Paul has a holistic approach to seeing positive change in the community believing that people function best as a whole. He currently leads a large charity as well as working in partnership with a number of local and national organisations.
Name. Pete Sims MSc, BA(Hons), PGCE Role. Director, Education and Learning Profile.  Working within the education sector for nine years enabled Pete to accrue an excellent knowledge of the academic system. In addition to teaching Pete has functioned as a Head of Year and as an Assistant Examination Officer but more recently he co-founded a progressive Essex based schools work and served as Executive Director of this ground breaking charity. He is a strong advocate of innovative learning for all. Name. Alan Mint MBA, ACMA Role. Business Director Profile.  Qualification as an accountant resulted in Alan utilising his considerable business skill set in a number of private sector companies whilst developing a specialism in "change management". Over a number of years he has been keen to serve the local community becoming a Scout Leader, Youth Worker, and more recently, Debt Advisor. Alan believes fervently that business, social enterprise style, can and should play a key part in the well-being of our communities across Essex. |
